Class Descriptions
Fit for Seniors
This is an hour long class that incorporates ½ hour of low impact aerobics, 1/2 hour of toning, and stretching. A great way to keep yourself active and have fun in the process!
Pilates
An exercise of slow movements that flow together to focus on strengthening the core, lengthening the muscles, and increasing flexibility.Iron Grip
Get the most out of each rep! 60 minutes of resistance training exercises, for MEN and WOMEN, to help redefine and tone your muscles using a barbell with varied weights.
Body Blaster
Have the best of both worlds! Alternating sets of strength training with laps (on the track). Total body strengthened and one mile accomplished (at your own pace)!! Body bars, tubing, hand weights, stability balls and more are used to provide a great workout!!!
Strength / Cardio Circuit
This class is twice through a series of exercise stations( including: strength training, cardio, and AB work. Class will use body bars, tubing, hand weights, stability balls and an exciting variety of cardio exercises to get your energy flowing!!!
Pure Energy
Feel the beat! Fun step choreography followed by AB training that will be sure to leave you energized!
Low Impact Aerobics
This is an energetic 30 minute class of floor aerobics, moving to the beat of fun music! Suitable for all fitness levels!!
Kickboxing
Kick up the fun with this high energy class! Strengthen your body through kicks and punches to the beat of the music. Energize and relieve stress at the same time!!
