Our busy and hectic lifestyles make it challenging for us to slow down enough to really get to know the people who live down the street, around the corner, or even right next door to us. Imagine hundreds of Champion Forest Baptist Church members being intentional in forming new and caring relationships with our neighbors. Neighbor 2 Neighbor is a simple plan for us to do just that...meet our neighbors, pray for them, involve them in a life-changing ministry, and invite them to join with us in making sense out of life through Christ-centered living.
1. Meet Your Neighbor.
- Yard parties.
- Ice cream socials.
- Backyard barbecues.
2. Pray for your neighbor.
- Prayer walking in neighborhood.
- Ask for prayer requests.
- Pray for opportunities to share your faith story.
3. Involve your neighbor.
- Ask them to participate with you in a community project.
4. Invite your neighbor
- To church.
- To Sunday School.
- To the Christmas program.
- To Fall Festival.
